ARTIST STATEMENT
Tommy Jordan's Nudo Music draws from 3 records on David Byrne's Luaka Bop label with Geggy Tah (co-founded with Greg Kurstin), 4 records on The French label tot Ou tard with Bumcello (once nominated & once winning a Victoires de la Musique award).
Invigorating and spontaneous, Tommy has performed around the world: The Queen Elizabeth Hall, Montreux Jazz Festival, Disney Hall, Central Park Summer Stage , Edinburgh Fringe Fest...&&&
Tommy’s contributions can be heard in works by David Lynch, Jack Johnson, Stanley Beckford, Michael Jackson, Rene Lacaille, Seb Martel, Dewanatron and many others. His song, "Whoever You Are" was a hit here in the US as well as Peru, Mexico, Australia, & Venezuela & continues to raise funds and awareness for AIDs relief through, RED HOT's "Silencio=Muerte"
